Fabienne Moore is a Senior Director and Faculty member with The Advisory Board Company’s Talent Development division. She teaches workshops and presents research at leading hospitals and health care organizations across the United States, and provides guidance to executive teams on curriculum planning, accountability for learning application, and leadership culture.
Fabienne works with a diverse range of audiences, and specializes in working with physician and executive audiences; in particular, bringing executives and clinicians together to build leadership capacity and advance strategic objectives. In addition, she is a primary speaker at the Physicians at the Helm and Physician Bootcamp national executive conferences.
Fabienne has an extensive background of executive presentation and research at The Advisory Board Company, having spent over five years a National Meeting Speaker for the Oncology Roundtable, the Clinical Advisory Board, and the flagship Health Care Advisory Board research memberships. Her expertise includes enhancing hospital-physician alignment, advising executives on strategic implications of regulatory changes and market forces, and collaborating with senior clinical leaders on performance improvement.
Prior to joining the Advisory Board, Fabienne worked with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention assisting public health officials and practicing physicians in interpreting and applying CDC practice guidelines and recommendations.
Fabienne completed her internship in general surgery at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, after earning her M.D. and Master of Public Health in International Health and Development at Tulane University. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Yale University, with distinction.
