Jessica is responsible for sharing the company’s research findings with members at annual meetings, as well as on-site at their institutions. Jessica’s primary area of focus is Accountable Care Readiness. Her other areas of study at the Advisory Board have included general hospital administration and management, hospital human resources strategies, with a particular focus on change management, as well as hospital marketing, philanthropy, and finance. She also collaborates periodically with the Advisory Board’s Higher Education practice and has worked with university provosts in areas that include student retention and faculty diversity.
Jessica rejoined the Advisory Board after a 13-year stint at the Corporate Executive Board, a for-profit network of executives at the world’s largest and most progressive organizations. At the Corporate Executive Board, she was the managing director of the HR Executive Forum, a membership program for human resources executives at midsized firms, and was a leading expert in the field of HR strategy. She also was responsible for executive education in the company’s strategy and innovation practice.
Prior to her work at the Corporate Executive Board, Jessica was a Director with the Health Care Advisory Board’s Educational Services team. She delivered Advisory Board research on hospital-physician integration and changes in payer structures. Jessica earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Yale University.
