A Thorough Orientation
We believe that firmwide orientation is integral to a new employee's successful start at the firm, and all staff complete a week-long core curriculum. This series introduces employees to our mission, departments, services, and staff from teams across the company.
Never-Ending Professional Development
A culture of learning infuses the firm. Staff members are encouraged to choose from a broad range of educational sessions and, working together with managers, tailor development opportunities.
In addition, we provide ways for staff to share their time, talent, and passions in the community. See how we are giving back through hands-on service, board service, and pro bono consulting.
Ongoing and Transparent Performance Management
We are zealous about the fairness and rigor of our performance management process. Twice a year, all employees go through a structured and standardized review process that provides them with feedback on past performance as well as establishing goals for the future. In addition, we strongly encourage our managers to provide regular informal and formal feedback.
Consistent Internal Communication
We use a variety of channels to keep employees informed of firm performance, strategic priorities, and other important news.
